Shipping Policy:

Our main shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. We will on occasion use other shipping methods at our discretion or if you specifically request a shipping method such as express shipping, UPS or FedEx. There will be additional charges for these services so contact us for a shipping quote before you place your order.

We ship within 2 days of receiving payment of your order with the exception of payment by check where we will confirm that funds are available and the product will be shipped at that time. We will notify you of any problems we may have with shipping your products in a timely manner.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping is USPS Priority Mail and there are no additional charges. Contact us for a shipping quote if you want us to use UPS of FedEX for shipping to your state.

Returns:

You have 30 days to return an unwanted item. You must contact us prior to returning an item to be eligible for any type of refund or store credit.

If we sent you an incorrect item we will replace it for the correct item or refund or give store credit for the price of the item when we receive the returned item. It must be unopened and sealed. Shipping cannot be refunded.

Opened loose teas cannot be refunded unless the product is defective.

A disposal fee of 35% will be charged for opened and returned items if you just did not like the tea. This is because the item is no longer sellable. If you want to sample a tea please contact us and we will provide a sample for a small fee to cover shipping and processing.
